April 2021 — We just celebrated a One-Year Anniversary of Thursday night Zooming with a small group of friends/musicians! I can’t say enough about the dedication of our group. It was the next best thing to playing in the same room. We took turns playing tunes for three hours each week. This got us all through some tough times when music venues were shut down. It kept us motivated and learning new songs. We have renewed and new friendships from this wonderful group. Now…we are ready to play LIVE again. Check out our calendar dates above!
January 1, 2021 — Happy New Year everyone! We’re looking forward to a brighter outlook for 2021. While venues are still shut due to COVID, and outdoor gatherings are on a winter hiatus, we continue to do weekly Zoom sessions with our friends in Colorado and elsewhere to keep the music alive. Also, we’ll be playing a one-song set at the next Swallow Hill Hootenanny Zoom — Friday, January 8, 2021.
